Confidence Scoring
Confidence reflects agreement across upstream data sources and internal risk models.
Understanding Confidence Levels
Every screening result includes a confidence score (0.0 - 1.0) indicating how reliable the classification is:
0.9 - 1.0
High Confidence
Multiple sources agree. Safe to automate decisions.
0.6 - 0.9
Medium Confidence
Partial source agreement. Consider manual review.
0.0 - 0.6
Low Confidence
Limited data or disagreement. Requires investigation.
Factors Affecting Confidence
- •Source count: More sources confirming = higher confidence
- •Source quality: Official sanctions lists weighted more heavily
- •Data freshness: Recent data increases confidence
